Very possibly, but how does that contradict the suggestion that migrants are responsible for most crime in Sweden?
The odd thing is that I don't remember hearing much about Swedish crime before. Must be a right wing conspiracy.

Do you mean a disproportionate amount and are we talking about recent migrants or children of older migrants? As i mentioned earlier crime stats overall have not gone up since 2005 in Sweden. Some of the perpetrators backgrounds over the years could have changed of course and certain poorer areas experiencing crime waves but that would almost certainly be linked to socio-economic deprivation which affects all manner of places and plenty would be virtually migrant-free. You just have to know about the poorer parts of the North-East, Scotland, Liverpool, Manchester, Yorkshire, etc over the decades - hardest hit places recession wise especially in the 80's - to understand that poverty and its ailments are not colour/ethnicity/religion/ exclusive. If we had 3,000 'law-abiding in their own countries' migrants put in *Crawley but with no jobs nor prospects and in not very good living conditions then 'duh' crime over the years would increase in that town and disproportionately so.

But give them work and prospects then you would see an altogether different vibrant and economically stronger Crawley.

It's been proven over and over again that migrants can be a bolstering force in so many countries. Here, Australia, the US, Spain (ex-pats spending their dosh) as long as the host country meets them half-way and gives them an initial leg-up.
