The 'new world order' is satirist's heaven. Unless it has anything to do with Islam of course, in which case they won't be allowed.

Trump is a business man and he is going in hard early.

We are a way off 'the bombs are flying Hallelujah', I think.

Four Lions??

There is other film and TV stuff out there which confronts, analyses and laughs with/at some aspects of 'Islam' but I am guessing your intransigent side won't allow you to look.

If you say so Kermy. When it receives the same level of derision as Christianity does and no one wants to kill anyone about it, I will be more open to your argument.

In my new world, we should also tell China to piss off along with those power hungry nobs in Brussels. We have been kissing arse to too many for too long.

In my ideal world our own nobs would wake up to the reality that we are (in the global scheme of things) a small offshore island, lost the empire decades ago,and have been declining economically for 100 years or more. Once there is that perspective, people can evaluate the way forward more effectively where giant cats other than us now prowl the jungle just as we used to,preferably in a way that does not place a 110% value on visceral dislike of "the other" (immigrants),thus lessening lines of clear vision.

Just an opinion.

That's the spirit. You'd rather be in the United states of Europe ruled from Brussels and at the mercy of what's good for France and Germany. Nice.

a small offshore island, lost the empire decades ago,and have been declining economically for 100 years or more.
5th largest economy in the world, 3rd most populous country, 9th largest land mass (excluding continental 'islands'). Hardly insignificant - but of course the left denigrates everything British (or American or Jewish for that matter).

We have now sunk to a depth at which the restatement of the obvious is the first duty of intelligent men. [Orwell]

Yep. We should still be on a guilt trip for all the evil empire building we did...apparently.

The UK was not 5th largest economy before the single market entry thanks to Mrs.Thatcher, more like 15th.

Thanks to Thatcher? You mean the woman who rescued us from the stranglehold of union power?
