Lose against Brighton and Fulham and the gap with the drop closes to 4 points. In serious danger of going down now. We were in serious danger of going down from the moment we came up, and always will be. Goes with the territory.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Look at the history of the premier league , everyone goes down except for the big six and Everton You could argue one or two very well backed teams may also be unlikely to go down, though West Ham have struggled at times Palace need investment or will go down like everyone does.

We have a decent manager in Roy, but he is stubborn as a mule and unwilling to put any young player on the bench in spite of 10 players out injured.

Roy only has 4 months left on his deal so buying him out to fire him would, in footballing terms, be peanuts. I'd love a portion of those peanuts at £93k a week! I don't want to see Roy fired in his last job but can't see any other option if there's another abject display tomorrow night.

Media talk is that Roy will decide on whether to sign for another year subject to the players contract situation.

Inspirational stuff - we’re all going to die sometime, might as well sit on our backsides and wait for the lights to go out

I’m sick to death of the, “well everyone else except the top six get relegated at some point argument”. We should be thinking more like Leicester, not Norwich or Watford. Please don’t ket me hear about money either. Our owners have as much if not more than the Leicester owners but it appears we can’t spend it because of FFP but they don’t appear to have any problems.
