Then we will sell him with a 2 year contract and visibly improved form. I do not think there is anyone who would want to buy him for much more than the price of a pint, it's entirely different on a free with no contract obligation as you have only his salary to lose out on and if he is not scoring you get rid of him but when you are committed to a contract for two years then that 13.5 million down the drain whilst he is making tea and toasting tea cakes!

Nuno sets his teams up to play with width and getting crosses into the box. That will be music to Bentenke's ears. If Nuno does come in and Tekkers stays fit then I think it could be a big season for him.

I wonder how Raul Jimenez is getting on? Imagine the new players pipeline we would tap into. Very exciting. Fingers crossed.

According to press one of the reasons Nuno left Wolves was because he fell out with the board over transfer budgets, therefore if does come to us I do not expect him to stay long as we already have history in that department!

Not sure how Benteke fits in to Nuno playing style definitely can't dribble and has no pace and generally has very poor work rate!

We were 19th. [Link] If Raul had not got injured they would would have been at least a few more places up the table. Bentenke is a very different player, but I maintain that you get crosses in the box and he'll score regularly. He is second only to Peter Crouch in the most headed goals in the PL era.

Heading goals does not fit with the modern day game of high pressure counter attacking football. Benteke IMHO will not be succesful as he has no vision, pace or anticipation of where a ball may end up in the penalty area he is not a goal poacher and does not like working off the ball, also has no dribbling skills and hates running, sorry but you will never convince me that he will ever be a prolific goal scorer and he will just drift through the next couple of years costing us 13.5mil with little or no return.

On the other hand ... at least we will be spared the agony of watching him banging the goals in left, right and centre for one of our rivals for the next two years, including the inevitability of him netting against us on a regular basis. Every cloud!

Every cloud! I would rather save the 13.5 mil salary and take a chance on the fact that 31 goals in five seasons means he is deadwood that no body in the PL wants!
