Last seasons ending makes a lot of people nervous. But in an average year, 1pt a game or just over does the job.
We are well up on that with 11games to go. None of those games can be written off , last night proves that. Just 1pt a game will take us to 45pts . Most seasons our run in has been dodgy on paper it was only last year things got out of control.

Why is everyone talking about us Fulham and Newcastle. What about all the s*it teams between us and them? , that would love to have got 11 points in the last 7 games (that we have).
“If we lose the next 11 games”, oh please f*ck off.

Almost felt sorry for Fulham tonight. Outplayed Spurs and had a dodgy VAR ruling go against them. I'd rather they stayed up than Brighton or Newcastle. Let's hope Spurs have run out of luck by Sunday.

The right place at the right time

Lack of goals by Fulham - only 4 goals in their last 7 games.
Next 2 games for Fulham, away Liverpool and home Man C.

Fulham's defeat a travesty.

They were better throughout and an abominable VAR decision cost them the equaliser.

At the bottom everything goes against you - and don't we know it.

Resurgent side, the mighty, feared Fulham are beaten tonight and remain 11 points behind us.
West Brom??
Beaten tonight also and what a difference the Fat One has made to their survival changes.Keep up the good work lads and make sure you occupy two of the bottom spots alongside Sheffield.

I don't think VAR is the problem - its the rules that are crap

VAR pointed out their player's hand touched the ball and the rules states it should be disallowed - so the correct decision according to the rules

I was still gutted as I'd rather Newcastle go down - not bothered about Brighton as it gives us two matches to look forward to next season

Not true. It was a factual decision according to the current laws of the game. It's the law that's abominable. It says that was a handball because it was the attacker's hand that was hit. However, had that been the attacker kicking the ball against the defender's arm, it wouldn't have been a handball and that is why the law is an ass at present. The VAR official didn't have any option but to disallow the goal for handball because it was a matter of fact rather than of opinion.

With respect, we are not in a relegation dog fight IMHO

To all intents and purposes we are safe.

We are not mathematically safe, only Man City are safe with Fulham having a possible 33 pts in remaining eleven games

We have got 34 pts, we are not safe.
We are in a relegation dogfight.
From a personal perspective I don't want any of the teams below us to pick up maximum points in any game.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Do agree the law (currently) applied but is farcical.

The latest amendment for 'clarity'.
