Of course. Encouraged to do one. Fined for doing the other. No difference at all.

Untrue. The rules on groups were applied inside too.

Is it true everyone was encouraged to go to restaurants?
Is it true they weren't fined for not wearing a facemask while they were sitting in one?

Follow the science? Sure. When it suits.

Unrelated issue!

That was evidence of politicians allowing concerns about economic damage impacting their electoral chances to override the scientific advice on the welfare of citizens.

He had a cunning plan, like Baldrick, campaign to leave the EU because you actually want to stay in it.

I suspect he was trying to encourage the EU to offer Cameron more than they were. To make it plain that some of the things being talked about would never involve us. A high profile figure like him drawing a red line could have helped achieve that. We know he is a man with integrity.

Which is unrelated to why people wore masks when standing and not when eating!

Not unrelated to following the science being the reason for fines being issued. The dread fear of the NHS being overwhelmed was ignored when the financial implications started to kick in.

You can converse perfectly well whilst wearing a mask. Those who got fined were because of the numbers involved. Not whether they were wearing masks, standing or sitting.

Not if the person you are speaking to is hard of hearing and relies on lip reading.

He had integrity in saying we should vote to Leave and meaning it.

Of course. Disabilities impact many aspects of life, so what’s your point?
