Blaming the back 4 is a little unfair as Nuno set his team up to exploit the formation. Wolves attack down one side pulling the defence one way then switch quickly. As the fullback scrambles to get back wide he finds himself in an overload situation as Wolves send two down that side. This is made worse on the counter if a full back gets caught high. Luka need to sit in more in a back three leaving the full backs to cope with the width.

I agree also thought we should have had a penalty for the foul on Wilf, they didn’t look at it in depth ( probably as it was Wilf). Luka a bit unlucky but game had gone by then.

yes...with the money we spend & the squad we have my only aspiration is to stay up...i like to think im a fairly realistic level-headed fan and i know our place and where we should be, and that is probably 10th - 15th position. we spend no money, we have an old squad, we as a fan base hold players like jordan bloody ayew in high regard ffs. if we went out & acquired players like wolves or everton i would be expecting top half finishes but we dont spend that amount of money or have superagents throwing us their best youngsters. it wind me up that our adult fanbase dont see this clearly and act like spoilt flipping children , you wouldnt walk in a shop and demand a ralph lauren t-shirt with a lonsdale budget to why apply that same logic to your football club?
