Then the accounts will be shredded and sent to David Hockney, who will construct the most fanciful of paper mache sculptures. Hmmmm, a Banksy/Hockney collaboration - could be interesting

And just after the company got a warning it would be struck off, the company dissolved and Wilf and co belong to the crown. There was sold all chance of them being struck off. Any creditor could have objected, Parish, other clubs, HMRC etc

So all this kerfuffle over four days. Really now, can we please just stop and take a breath? Of course, now we will have to pick the filings apart number by number, syllable by syllable and find something else to worry about. This has become beyond boring and I'm unsubscribing. I have far more important things to worry about.

The law of the land states that all limited companies must file their annual accounts within nine months of their year end so what you call a kerfuffle is actually an illegal act. Naturally the accounts will be examined when they are available as most of us are interested in the financial health of the club that we support but please don't feel obliged to read our comments if it bores you

The company has until midnight on the deadline day to lodge the accounts at companies house, accounts hand delivered or posted to companies house will then take several days to be shown as received on the website, it will then be several more days before they are available for viewing. It is extremely likely that these accounts were received on 31st March, just to add to that, at no point did the website say that the accounts were overdue.
