Unless we can find a motivational manager I fear if we are relegated we face a long time in the Championship, or worse, and even do a Charlton.

It is so depressing that Hodgson is now past his prime and should fall on his sword before he completely loses the players. He has already lost the fans. He now looks like his unsuccessfull time at Watford, unable to motivate or save a sinking ship.

Time for Mr Parish to call time

I have been out and missed it all.
Loose injured when he should have stayed on the bench.
Guehi injured??
Seen the brief highlights - why is Henderson glued to his line for the first goal - get Johnston back.
Anderson appears not to be able to mark his pants currently which doesn't help.
Mateta scores so Roy takes him off?
The orchestrater though is Roy and I hope he is gone tonight.
This game did for Viera last season so let's hope that lightening strikes twice!

Apparently Hodgson’s training has always been to go over the same scenario, again and again until everyone knows where to go.

Can’t help but think the opposition are not doing what he expects them
Too.

Things have moved on and whilst he brings calm to chaos he starts causing his own. Look at his CV - generally it’s a

Come to a club in turmoil
Make defensively stronger
Unattractive but effective football
Begin playing players out of position
Players start to look demotivated
Leave in a worse state.

Pretty much every job he’s ever done.

That and putting on Olise decision wise was right up there with invading Russia in a war.

Roy would like to be remembered as a well respected and innovative manager (in his own words - as compatible to Sir Alex if you examine his CV). I suspect Gary Glitter would like to be remembered for his music and his CV is compatible to David Bowie.

He’s tarnishing that legacy, the world has moved on. RH hasn’t.

Well, it looks like he's not going to jump, so it will need to be a push.....

Hodgson's lost the plot, lost the players and lost the fans.
It seems that the board's strategy (if there is one!) is to build a squad full of young, hungry 'up and coming' players which is great. Trouble is that unless the club makes progress year on year we'll have no chance of retaining the promising young talent that we have and building something good.
We have young players that are more talented than the likes of Shlupp, Hughes, Richardson, Lerma, Edouard etc. that are wasting away on the bench.
I think Parish is an egomaniac who's sole focus is his legacy of leaving us with the new main stand and I get that we're not the most attractive club for players or managers but the lack of action is just bizzare!
If something's not done it'll be the Championship next season and I'm expecting/hoping for an announcement soon, failure to act now could undo all the good that's been done since 2010.
Rant over!!

Great rant - sums up my feelings entirely..!!

RH has turned this team into a bunch of bunnies. Bereft of anything resembling a PL team, his sole tactic is to crowd the middle of the pitch and frustrate the opposition for as long as possible. Our ineptitude at defending set pieces is down solely to him and his coaching staff and their incompetence. This is not rocket science folks....! 11 goals conceded in the last 3 games is testimony to a stubborn man insistent on 1990's tactics. The quality in this squad is far superior to the results endured this season (to date). Please, Mr. Parish, if you wish to maintain our PL status, install a manager who is able to think laterally when required and not stubbornly persist in a game plan destined for failure from the kickoff.

This club needs to learn quickly to stop rewarding loyalty and start rewarding TALENT!
