To say he is incompetent is a ridiculous statement, you don't have a managerial career that long by luck.

People are talking about Howe as a replacement, his decisions got his team relegated.

There isn't a perfect answer, but having Tomkins and Sakho as CB pairing is a good move, our best pairing in the past.

Our best pairing at CB is Tomkins (when fit) and Cahill I believe. To me Sakho is a bit of a liability these days. As much as I want to blame Roy for another defeat, I can't this week. We as just not mentally tough for 90 mins. and that's down the players. Bet on us conceding in the first/last 5 mins of either half and you'll be rich, guaranteed. Anyway we lack a genuine attacking threat up front, Ayew has shown he's not the answer this season, mind you the service to him is non existent.

My suggestion would be to replace the manager before we're relegated or the fanbase walks away due to boredom.

He fecked up England and Liverpool, and is taking us backwards.

If you think we're progressing under Hodgson then you're deluded.

Progress is a much down to the owners and Director of Footbaall. IMO they've short changed the manager for the last three years.

Nobody is happy with the last two performances and it's all about opinions but throwing out the two international strikers on the bench thing is a bit disingenuous.

We all know that Benteke missed 20 from 23 good chances and was statistically the worst striker in Europe in Roy's first season. His head went and has never recovered. He also never covered himself in glory on Monday.

Bats dropping after Monday also needs no explanation after a run of games. So the manager tried something different.

Both players were on the pitch at the business end of the game along with Riedewald who's weak defending contributed to the first goal.

In defence of Benteke, first half cried out for Benteke with crosses coming in, when eventually got on pitch Palace went back to trying to walk it in.Definitely not his style

Which is why Pulis and Allardyce went, because they're not yes men, and saw through Parish's bullshyte.

Hodgson knows he's restricted as well, but is either too weak to do anything about it, or is just seeing his time out until retirement.

On top of that his tactics are sound whereas Roy's are not.

This team is looking more like relegation candidates than a mid table PL side. We have lost our ability to defend and the up front problems remain unchanged. Eze is the only player who looks like quality as he improves week on week. The games we are losing now are games we have to win if we are to stand any chance of staying in the PL. SP has taken a gamble with the lack of investment in the overall squad and now it looks like that is catching up with us!

Gotta admit that I am still fuming after Friday night's ridiculous defeat and how Palace still can't chalk up a win without Zaha playing. Both Newcastle and Burnley games should've been regarded as bankers for 6 pts and yet we contrived to lose both with lack of quality in final third again proving to be our nemesis. West Brom has to be targeted as a must-win!

Also thought that despite his industry in the game, Aanholt prove to be extremely wasteful when opportunities arose. We particularly missed Luka on the free kicks. Discipline must rein supreme in Palace squad.

All games should be targeted as a must-win surely. Burnley and Newcastle results could of gone our way, we were the better side in both.
I watched Sheff Utd batter West Brom in the second half, but couldn’t get a goal, they are playing well but only have one point, think how their fans feel.

Luka is not our saviour. He's looked crap for two seasons. Was Eze taking free kicks or corners? When he did he got a goal and an assist against Leeds. He hasn't taken them since. This is a serious failing of management in my opinion. Sick of us at all set pieces.

Oli McBurnie is Sheff Utd's Christian Benteke.
Only scored 6 goals in his last 60 games and none from 18 this season.

He is Scottish, which explains it.
