I find it bizarre at what seems to be some sort of relief from some that Tosun is injured... I actually thought he was superb in our draw against Man City... I find it even more baffling that some would be pleased when you consider that we have virtually no strikers and the one we do have is shot to pieces and can’t score for s***... Hope he makes a quick recovery even if we don’t see him in a Palace shirt again... Real shame.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

he's clearly decent despite the Southampton howler and his price will dip after the injury, Everton can't sell for 20 mil after the summer - knock at least 5mil off that - then he'd be worth thinking about as a perm buy.

Some of the comments on this thread have been uncharitable to put it mildly. He scored one goal, missed one sitter but certainly seemed willing to put in a shift. I hope he makes a full recovery and, who knows, he may be next season's Jordan Ayew.

I’m not going to waste minutes of my life pointing out why. And your favourite cousin Steve Parish and grandad Roy Hodgson knew we did need to bring him in because nobody could guarantee that we’d be safe now or we’d scrape enough goals or have any strikers available. Your post is so stupid but I’m not surprised.

It’s sad for him and it’s frustrating that we are going to be short for the rest of the season, but the deal to buy at the end was bad for us. There are a lot better ways of spending 20 million and I’m not too upset that this probably won’t happen. We should be fine for the rest of the season and could possibly take him on loan again next season if he recovers well.

Wow you lot really are quite a bitter little bunch aren't you. Pretty funny really. Can we run a book on when poor ickle Wilf will take his first dive or get a yellow for his blatant diving and start crying? Lol - getting all upset over a children's mascot. And stop trying to make us a rival. We really don't care about you.

We are seemingly unlucky with loanee injuries. I hope we don't have to bear Tosun's loan cost and salary either by contract or insurance.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
