This is about a problem with this particular religion and how its influence works as its activism spreads......In reality.

Most people wouldn't put a rucksack full of explosives on their lap and pull the detonator based on that alone. Sounds like some crap out the mail or off social media. Quite plainly obvious there's a bit more substance and thinking behind it than that
