What are we arguing about here? Are there people actually not standing up for the dad? Those people need to take a long hard look at theif selves. No. We are talking about "Robinson", a man with a well known history alleging that someone groped his daughter who then allegedly took the law into his own hands by punching him. The Police need to be allowed to do their job. They are under pressure and response times are now often extended. As we all know some responses are now just by phone with a crime number given. Priorities have to be decided. By them and not by us. Whatever the alleged provocation restraint needs to be shown. By everyone at all times. Violent behaviour can NEVER be justified. That "Robinson" videoed the Police response and published it online raises huge questions in my mind about his motivations. He has previous which justifies those questions.

If it's true, I totally agree with him and would do the same myself. Rather different example isn't it? Shaming someone with a few well chosen words isn't punching them and then videoing the Police when they arrest you for doing so and publishing it online.

Really tell that to the members of the public who bravely take on terrorists who are stabbing innocent people. My take is simple if there is proof that this guy groped Robinson's daughter he was entitled to defend her and any other kids until the police arrived, if there is proof. Race is a major factor for those who committed these crimes. You're an apologist to ignore it. Islam is not a race , neither is communism. If many of these paedophiles are Muslim then it is a statistically significant 'coincidence ?

That's right, Islam isn't a race. You would have to go back and read the exchange to see the context. It is not racist to criticise a belief system. Be it communism, nazi-ism , or Islam. All are open to criticism , and where justified....scorn.

So your son is out shopping and someone groped your granddaughter. Tbh so is a world in which we post imaginary groping stories in an online forum. I'd be inclined to just go with the 'all paedophiles are bad' tagline so that we can concentrate on protecting those who are vulnerable.
