Yep, unfortunately Jairo seems to be an easy target for some

He did have a poor game, let’s be honest...

Your right Tickled Pink, if you watch the Dutch and French leagues it’s like walking football.

Last night Lucas Moura was at him from the start and kept nicking the ball off him....

He would not have been picked if either of the Jimmy macs had been available.

My issue with last night was the use of sustitutes. At 1-1 we needed to keep it tight and settle back into the game. If Roy needed to get Wilf on he should have taken off Ayew or if he needed to replace Eze he should have brought on Schlupp. We started the second half all over the place and paid the penalty.

I felt there was an issue too. The balance was not right and the players were on the wrong wings. It was something that seemed pretty clear.
However, should we beat WBA all will be forgotten.

It's 'as you were' please Roy.

And Eze, not Luka to take free-kicks.

Please.

I cant make my mind up about him. Sometimes he shows some quality, intercepts, good control and forward passing and sometimes he just looks like he cant be bothered. Whenever Joel Ward is taking a throw in hes just static, having a rest, Ward throws it hopefully toward Andros or Ayew and we lose possession (again !). He looks like he needs to run off a few pounds. At least the 2 Jimmy M's put a shift in.

Question for me is why he didn’t send them out to sit in. Isn’t that his calling card? The very thing he gets so much stick for?
It wasn’t so much the choice of subs, if he wanted to win the game but the timing of their use. Surely another twenty minutes testing the water and keeping Spurs quiet was needed before unleashing Zaha. For a start Bale, might have been shot by then. Very un-Hodgson like. Maybe the publicity is getting to him.
A gamble that didn’t come off , but mainly because of the pure quality of Spurs, once we lost our early shape.
For those who want to be entertained. At least he didn’t park the bus.
For what good that did us.

This is exactly where I am with regard to Riedewald. An interesting stat I noticed after his MOM performance at Newcastle was that Luka had touched the ball twice as many times.

I didn't like the way he turned his back on Kane's goal again last night although it probably had little bearing on the end result.
