I actually think one of two things might happen:

1. He is actually inspired by the PV appointment and decides he's best staying on the good wage he's on and club who he obviously loves and love him.

2. A surprise swoop will come in for him around the 40-50m mark as there is silly money going around last few days.

or thirdly,

3. He wont get either of 1 or 2 and will disappear from the squad slowly but surely with his ongoing sulky and grumpy attitude which sadly has taken over last season or two and p*ssing everyone off considering how well paid he is.

And .. while Im here ... wouldn't it be great to bring Wrighty back on some training level with youngsters. Ive been watching a lot of his story lately on You Tube and he clearly still very much loves Palace.

I think the jury is out, i think it is possible with another couple of signings, for me RB and mobile quick CF is needed, Callum Wilson would have been perfect for our new style, i am more excited about this season than any for years, fingers crossed.
