Agreed. We’ll never have a squad that can compete with most of the PL so it’s vital we make the most of what we have. The level we are at is shrinking every season. Next season probably us, Burnley Brighton & the three that come up. You can probably chuck Newcastle in there and maybe Southampton but that’s about it.Given the rebuilding we need and the lack of money to do it I would be surprised if we don’t go down next season no matter who comes in.

It makes sense he was well thought of as West Brom. Jonathon Pearce said if he leaves Palace he will not retire or go upstairs he wants to continue to manage. I feel sorry for his missus then again if he is under her feet all day... She must be a nightmare if he'd rather work himself to the grave than spend his days with her

I think you may be surprised with Dyche if he came in. I believe he is capable of playing a different style, given the right players. His teams certainly play with my energy than we seem to. Was it last season Burnley schooled us at Selhurst with another exhibition display of passing it around at will with us watching them, I about get near them and chasing the ball around? I seem to remember the first half looking like prem Burnley versus league one Palace. Many commented on it on here, but Dyche is too chips ‘n’ gravy.

This season, they completely took us apart in 1st half

I'd like Lampard to come in. I think he could attract some players that Dyche or Howe could never attract. His stock is increasing with every defeat Chelsea suffer. It looks like Tuchel's going to win the same as Lampard did, and everyone raves about Tuchel.

After a break away you're back with more comedy gold. I for one shall have no hesitation in giving you credit for guessing correctly, I hope you had a bet. Originally posted by dazza

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |
