Ageing squad, gave there all in the last 2 games but 3 games in 7 days was obviously too much. Mind you 7 goals from 8 shots on target is crazy, a day to forget and just move on, COYP

A one off. Next few games should tell if there is a reaction to this humiliation. Taking off the Palace hued specs, in all honesty a back 4 comprising PVA, Cahill, Kouyate, and Clyne isn't very good, particularly against a side like Liverpool.

This said a lot more about Liverpool than Palace. Most teams are given half a dozen "good" opportunities per match, and may or may not finish 1-3 of them. Miraculously Liverpool finished 7.

Don’t panic...last time we got thumped by Liverpool we went onto beat them - memorably - in an FA Cup semifinal...
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

Not going to happen. Not in a relegation scrap at the moment and have one of our best point tallies in the top flight. Very bad day at the office but the damage inflicted will show in the next couple of games and whether he can get a response from the players.

Don’t really care what RH has to say wouldn’t make a blind bit of difference to me. That performance was a disgrace, all I would wish for is a reaction in the next game.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Just imagine the stick Hennessey would have got !! The best keeper in the world would have not stopped any of the goals - all of the highest quality even though PVA was responsible for at least two of them. Can we sell him on and get a decent left-back ?
