I blame the board more than anything, our lack of investment in the last few windows means we need more than we can afford in this one. This last part is the problem. We will never be able to afford to solve the problems we have, they are too numerous. I can't see how we can survive next season no matter who our manager is

Rob Green on 5Live made the point that everything with Roy is system, system, system even when attacking. Wolves look like a side allowed to express themselves. My 70 year old mother (not a well known football commentator) just chipped in with “Palace seem to concede a lot in the first half and then not score” Seems she has sussed the problem where Roy hasn’t.
Success will lie to you but failure always tells you the truth. |

We were poor second half, but Wolves were full strength and we had a make-shift defence. Mitchell will have nightmares after facing Traore but hopefully he'll learn from it and move on. I think we were all hoping for AWB Mk2 but some players take time. He also lost Sakho early on who apparently is a good talker. Going forward we had no ideas and it only further highlighted how much we need investment in this area whether Roy is in charge or not. I just want this season to end now and to try and erase my memory of the last 7 games! Most of the other 30 I've forgotteb already

I can't see how we can survive next season no matter who our manager is As I have stated a few times, on HOL and privately, we have an aged squad, many of whom have a limited resale value.Zaha's value has plummeted. We will not have lavish amounts to spend on replacements. This really is a 'Cocktail' for disaster. It is really hard to watch a Palace team so lacking energy. I know we have been safe for a while but the defeats have become expected. Some players are either playing with knocks or have just dropped into end of season mode. I am a great admirer of Zaha but just cannot understand his recent performances. His recent performances would not inspire another club to buy him and I fully expected him to leave at the end of the season. Either he has something lined up or he will not be able to move due to his lack of form over the year.

Frankly, fella, I've seen so much speculative sh*t spouted about Hodgson that I'm amazed I've said as little as I have, slyly or otherwise. So many people have trotted out so much ill-inforned bollocks and often downright vitriol without even entertaining the possibility that there's something up at this club that none of us know anything about. The malaise at the club extends way beyond what's happening on the pitch. Save your abuse for the people who deserve it - Parish, the Americans and Freedman. Can’t argue with that last sentence

Haha, so we are basing our angst on something that you don’t actually know is true, but might be, or perhaps isn’t? I thought it was because our style of football is garbage.
