Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Game we should have one against a well below par Man Utd with a great chance missed by PVA A good point but if only we had a creative midfielder to provide some service to our attackers which would then allow them to gain some self belief and get a few goals which are so badly lacking .Palace sad to say irrespective of points gained are boring to watch Men of the match were Cheik Kouyate and Gary Neville for his spot on comments be fair, they are missing Clattenberg this season!

Eze is one of those players who it will not always work out for him but when it does it will win us games (Leeds, Sheffield Utd, Wolves are most immediate examples for me). He’s what I’d describe as a ‘game changer’, didn’t quite do that tonight which can be noted but I’d be extremely reluctant to criticise him for it! COYP Eze was getting away from the United midfielders, but kept getting fouled. There were 13 United fouls and no yellow cards incredible really...

We were very weirdly back to our very best defensively and completely out of the blue for me, if Schlupp and Zaha were fit and ready to go from the start manure would of been spread out all over the place.

Only listened to the game on the BBC sports app - the commentator (Pat Nevin I think it was) was saying that we weren't looking to involve Eze enough Originally posted by Nicholas91

I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this, but I think Luka had a huge hand in that point thanks to his "off the ball work". Repeatedly throughout the game he was pushing, stepping on and tripping Fernandes, but nearly always when he was out of possession and not being watched by the ref. It was never anything that bad, but enough to get inside Fernandes's head and disrupt his game, with the little Portuguese clearly growing increasingly frustrated. Without their puppet master United looked really flat, especially with their two holding midfielders producing some woeful passing. I have given Luka a lot of stick this season as his passing and possession has been awful and his lack of pace resulting in numerous bookings; however, I would actually give him MOTM in what was a solid team performance, as without his job on Fernandes it might have been a different story. While all the pundits were saying United were flat, I think personally that we just realised that you stop Fernandes you stop United. I would also note that what Luka did is basically what nearly every team does against Wilf (ie fouling him when he's not in possession to wind him up).

There is a certain satisfaction, pleasure even, in Palace upsetting the BBC. Long may our drabness continue.
