In my opinion the role of manager is non existent anymore, with a DOF you need a head coach, someone with respect of the players is the most important thing and the continuity of what Parish is trying to build, Duncan Ferguson had a better record at Everton than Ancelotti, and Klinsmann won the word cup in his first job, The man i would make head coach is Scott Dann, he has worked under, Pulis, Warnock, Pardew, Allardyce and Hodgson, he is respected by the players and would continue the club on the same path, i would also bring Glen Murray in as assistant, we already have Shaun Derry and Paddy McCarthy at the club, that in my opinion is a much better plan than bringing someone in who has to earn the respect of the players
