Man Utd open sprightly, and score from the kick off - 0-1. Croydon Roy, remembering Liverpool and hoping to keep the score down, makes immediate substitution, Eze off for McCarthy. The players look baffled.
Final score 6-5 to Palace.
Best game of the season say MOTM pundits.

A most amusing forecast. In fact I think I'll agree with you for the sake of joviality. Also that Roy will start Mateta who scores 3 of our 6 goals.

Without Wilf, can only see a 3-0 defeat coming our way, given their superb away form.

As usual, we'll be playing for the goalless draw. They can score but we won't so that says it all.

you never know Palace have had 10 wins over "top Six" teams over last 5 seasons, second only to Man City,

More fun to predict how many times we'll touch the ball in their box. I'll go for nine.

Or 4 if we somehow grab a lead or hang onto parity until late in the game.

I am not expecting much here after 2 very tough games.

RH and Big Sam are justified in complaining about these fixtures being reorganised to suit top of the table opponents.

We actually have three weeks of doing nothing soon and WBA four.

Rich and successful clubs should not have the fixture list re-arranged to suit them, they have strength in depth they are already advantaged.

0-4 I can only offer prayer.

I predict I won't be watching the game long if they play like they did yesterday.

0-4.
We’ll set out for a 0-0. They have far more scoring options than Brighton or Fulham. If they score early it could be even more.

Not hopeful for a win. Would just like to see us give them a game. Put some serious pressure on their defence. In reality 1-0 down after 10 minutes, a very dubious VAR decision against us, Luka red carded and 10 men behind the ball. Just glad I'm working Wednesday night.

I can guarantee that one half of the score will be nil.

The difficulty will be putting a different team out to the one that played last Monday and Sunday. The squad has to many injuries or players that are normally on the bench to put out a stronger 11 than the Fulham and Brighton matches. We have only 14 players to chose from at the moment. I can see Mitchell coming back in with Eze moving back to the left as PVA and Eze just doesn’t work. McCarthy will probably get a start as well which may mean Ayew being the lone striker which will give us a midfield middle 3 of Reidewald, Luka and McCarthy. Think we will lose by 2 or 3 nil but a lot will depend on how knackered the likes of Ward, Cahill and the other oldies are after recent (much to recent I should say) games?
