Ps. I am always staggered with our lack of movement and guile in the box. Freedman needs to get a young Fowler or G Murray who has that ability to be there at the right time and let the wingers and midfield build around that.

Last one. We all celebrated when Benteke scored a few days back but it was like watching one of those trees from Lord of the Rings finally being in a lucky position when a leg or branch swings out and....thank god it goes in. With his heavy legs and lack of movement we can only hope he does that 1 in 7 games. It’s just not good enough. Defenders say he is the easiest player in Premier League to pick because his movement is so predictable and leg movements so slow.

Our fitness is poor, but I just don't think we have much speed in our legs nor stamina in our aging bodies. I do not think the injuries are a reflection of fitness so much as age. For Wilf, the main source of his troubles is constantly being hacked. Even if the actual foul isn't the direct cause of an injury, he's constantly forced to compensate and recover on the run – a sure way to turn tweaks and nicks into more troublesome injuries.

Absolutely tosh. Poor fitness and conditioning are entirely the cause of muscular injuries.

Partially true

I stated some other reasons which you clearly discarded which Im not surprised you are not educated on the subject so when you get qualifications in this subject like myself feel free to come out with some fact based information

Our fitness is not poor if it was the players would be on their last legs every game and picking up injuries every game.

the fitness levels are set for the style of play.

A lot of the players we have was never quickest so its not to do with age.

More excuses for Wilf nothing to do with being fouled he looked quick in lower league he has stepped up a class and now he has been shown to not be as that quick he is more about dribbled not speed also adding bulk slows you down.

Injuries will be because he is playing all the games the schedule for last few seasons has been terrible the players do not get enough recovery time plus people forget players that have been putting their body through this since they was teenagers it takes its toll this was the reason they was classed as having short careers

I think potentially Mateta is this player but needs to get game time, unfortunately Roy has basically said Benteke is better at defensive duties so there by lies the problem

Maybe their diet is the problem. As they used to say - a good meat pudd’n would do them good.

I’ve been saying all season it’s like they’re all playing in concrete boots, there’s no energy in the team Ayew is the only one who tries to drive forward and put a bit of zip into our game. And obviously Wilf when he’s around

apologies if this has been posted before, can't comment on accuracy but grim reading

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
