I would ship Batshuyai back to Chelsea now. We don’t need him, we certainly don’t need his inflated salary and if the salary freed up from him and Meyer allows us to bring in one decent player this window then I think it will have been worth it.

I think these things can be healthy at least it shows they care. As long as the dressing is not split I am fine with it. Or at least shows one of them cares. Although I was originally quite pleased to get Michy back my concern over him was that I thought he was a bit of a showboater and not a player you'd necessarily want when you have your backs to the wall.

Batman doesn't look interested on the pitch so not surprising he not interested in some parts of the training. Send him back in Jan if we can and take someone else on loan. Hope they all continue with passing training as we need it How would you know? He never gets on the pitch

Leaving us with. Benteke and Ayew as our recognised strikers. It will cost at least £20m to bring someone in.

I thought Zaha was now one of our recognised strikers, or is he just pretending to play there? Eze is also a striker or could be and could possibly be even more effective there if Schlupp is given his best role of left midfield, although I of course accept he is currently injured.

No point in having the Belgian International striker on loan and not playing him. Send him back. Better for all concerned. This could be the perfect excuse.

A drill to test their first touch.....I'm just surprised more weren't involved in the brawl.

Probably all pissed off at the whole team having to do a drill for Benteke’s benefit.
