What was the tiff about? Let me guess. Same as Klopp? If so he’ll be gone.

If Zaha goes we have had it if we don’t buy.

Sakho was a great player, the emphasis on was. Past his best due to injuries. Cant be relied on to play 10 games in a row, without another injury. He just looks too heavy and muscle bound on his thin little legs.
As out of contract in the summer, get whatever they can in January, but wages maybe a stumbling block.

Yep, time he went. Dann too. Let’s get Woods in and around the first team and buy one quality replacement CH.

Yes I completely agree it’s not the way to handle it but Kouyate has been woeful.

Mate

In fairness when he has been given a chance of late - they have been littered with mistakes and costly errors.

Don't get me wrong I think a fully fit and focused Sakho should be in our first choice centre half pairing along with Cahill.

But if he's beef with Hodgson is that he is not playing, he needs to show the undoubted qualities he has and cut out the errors and show that is head is in the game and can be trusted..!!

Throwing his toys out of his pram off the back of a couple of abject and suspect performances ain't the way to do it..!!

I would not feel comfortable with him in our defence given some of his 'Shaky' appearances for us in recent timers.
His performances were way below the standards he had set both for Liverpool and for us.
I don't think there would be too much angst amongst our supporters if he was sold!

On a general point, I do feel we need to strengthen in central defence in the January 'Window'.

Whether we should consider such a deal depends on which Sakho we are dealing with.

Good Sakho has the valuable old school attribute of physical presence in the box. He basically gets in the way a lot, including blocking shots. At his best he does this very well indeed.

Bad Sakho is error prone and clumsy to the point of being a liability. He is hideously overpaid for what he offers, is terribly injury prone, and takes ages to get back up to speed when he returns from the treatment room, during which time he makes error after error. By the time he has had a few games to get back up to speed he's injured again.

Even when fit, Sakho has a wholly misplaced faith in his own ability on the ball. Some of his decisions defy all logic, to the point where you have to question whether a person putting the team before their own ego could ever make them.

I've always felt that if Sakho was a limited journeyman pro on whom limited expectations were placed then he'd be something of a cult hero by now. His clumsiness would be endearing, his errors part of the attraction. I could smile and say 'Well, he's never going to play in the champions league for Liverpool or anything, but he's trying his best I suppose...'.

Sometimes I have to remind myself that in fact he is our second most expensive signing ever, and is on six figures a week.

We've seen far more bad Sakho than good. Pound for pound he's been an awful signing, and we should cut our losses ASAP.

I think in the early days Sakho was immense for us and was instrumental in keeping us up. Nowadays, not so much.

Vive le Roy!

A shadow of the player he was a few years ago. Now seems to be either injured or fat and unfit/uninterested.

The number of catastrophic mistakes he makes has also increased dramatically. He goes one way and his legs go another. Never seen a footballer who seems to have such poor co ordination.

He needs to be moved on as soon as possible as has no future at the club.

He's so bulky and clumsy. He's like a bloke wearing a medieval suit of armour with roller skates.

When he sticks to no nonsense defending he is decent, but the trouble is that he thinks he better on the ball than he really is. That is when calamity strikes.

Add to that his injuries, and he really needs to go now given his wages.
