Hopefully they'll settle for a draw. If they try hard enough they'll win. I can't take another loss right now. Imagine the Roy out threads.

I thought football was a game of two halves, and two opinions.

I happen to believe that the smorgasbord of opinions adds to the rich tapestry not only on HOL but on other such sites.

Guiata

Ward Tomkins Sakho Mitchell

Riedewald Kouyate

Eze

Zaha Benteke Schlupp

Change out the whole back 4 for a more solid set of players. Eze in the No 10 role, drop Townsend and put Wilf back where he should be playing.

Yep, that is exactly what Roy needs for his team talk for this game after the last 2 performances. COYP !!

If Gribbo’s team started (perhaps with PVA for Mitchell) I’d fancy our chances.
A properly balanced team with players in their correct positions and pace and thrust down the sides.
No chance of Roy fielding such a team though.
WBA are essentially a defensive team and solely rely on the excellent Pereira for creativity.
We need to keep an eye on him, but there is no need to set up with ten behind the ball.
And no excuses - we definitely have a better squad than them.
