Another ridiculous hand ball penalty robs spurs of a win v Newcastle. Mourinho stormed out after the penalty. The ref got the red card out at the end of the game. The refs are football Wombles like the Covid Wombles.

PL could be in serious trouble if this continues, and I don't see the fans returning. Why would you pay an arm and a leg to watch a circus, it is theatre not football.

There's certainly gonna be a record number of penalties this year if things stay as they are.

Just scrap VAR now. The game is in bad enough trouble as it is, without another layer of unworkable bulls***. In fact, hard to call it a game anymore, more of a product. Scrap VAR.

If we are being honest last weeks Pen was a little harsh on them. (Shame) Everton Pen was a little more obvious but as someone pointed out there was an Everton player in an offside position behind Joel. Todays Pen at Spurs was totally crazy. How can Diarear see behind him and the ball just hit him. The FA want more goals and excitement but at the moment its killing the game. I have another idea....If a GK saves the ball with his feet he should be sent off, banned for 100 games and 5 penalties given.. Come on Fifa sort this out now, please

What about putting a windmill in each goal area? Kick the ball down the hole and there's three places it can come out. A Water feature and a great big head moving left to right.

Not wishing to be left behind in the race to the bottom, I would now expect all managers to have training sessions where the aim is to flick the ball against the hand of the defender whilst in the penalty box. Let VAR sort it out...

For those complaining about VAR killing the game due to the dubious penalties, you are venting and criticising the wrong source. It’s the rule makers who are to blame not VAR!

Ref should miss his next match for an incorrect decision. Premier league and FA should clamp down on these ridiculous mistakes. It was exactly like the first one that was not even reviewed. Stock;y Park VAR team are bringing the game in to disrepute.

I have played, watched and love football for almost 60 years, and for the first time in my life I think I’ve had enough. This current hand ball rule is completely destroying the game, the interpretation of handball is ridiculous, no player unless they’ve had a complete brain storm deliberately handles the ball. I going to love to see how the premier league deal with this because if they don’t take some sort of action I think they may have some very very angry people knocking on their door.
