I think a minute's silence would be appropriate given it was in Croydon. What that has to do with taking the knee is beyond me. The two things are not related. Black footballers continue to be targeted by racist 'fans' on social media and in stadiums (when there are fans present) and so understandably see this stand against racism (or kneel if you will) as important to them. This police officer was tragically shot in an issue that has nothing to do with BLM, but as he was a local policeman it would seem respectful to give a minute's silence.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

The club have confirmed there will be.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

I dislike all the political posturing as much as anyone. However, I realise if we want to get back to concentrating on the football, rather than arguing the merits of various issues, then everything has to go. That means as well as kneeling, BLM banners/signs and anti-racism patches on shirts we also have to rid ourselves of issues we may support. That means no poppies on shirts, no minutes silence, no clapping tributes, no black armbands, no stupid slogans revealed under kit, no nothing. I would be in favour.
