Kelly or Kouyate with Dann at Centre back?

For me, Kelly is the best out of the 3. I personally see Kouyaté as more of a midfielder

I think Dann is the better all round defender generally but not got the mobility of Kelly or Kouyate. Dann is also more commanding than the other two. Against a strong team it'd be Kelly and Dann but against slightly weaker opposition maybe Kouyate and Dann as Kouyate can play a bit of football from the back.
