Here's what is unlikely, but what I would like to see as the formation with that team:

VG

Ward Kouyate Dann TM

McArthur Riedewald Schlupp

Meyer

Ayew Zaha

Give Meyer the opportunity to shine rather than sticking him out on the wing where he tends to disappear.

Spot on, that's what we've got, played well first half

If they are as s*** as Millwall!

Millwall have looked pretty ordinary tbh.

Good half, like Kouyate at CB.

Schlupp up top is not working. He can’t pass and move and it’s breaking down when around him. The rest of the team looks good. Meyer is playing in the exact same position Eze did as a narrow wide player on the left of the 442 and he looks really good there.

£5 to stream a friendly with Milwall - are they having a laugh?
Next, we will be paying to use the toilets in the Holmesdale.
Personally, I would suggest mind a move to goal-based pricing for tickets - the more goals we score, the more we pay. Just an idea.

Schluup is absolute dog turd. Are you telling me there is no natural striker that can play today. Roys love affair and need to keep playing him is painful

Stream the match for free it said. Watch the match here if you are a member and then it asks for £5. Must be desperate for cash!

I think I’ll wait for the season to start and watch it for free on tv.

It’s worth trying because he is quick and strong but if it ain’t working then they should be fixing it pdq.

Really good is a slight stretch - linking up play decently. Not out of place but it’s all really low tempo

Think Jairo is looking decent too. I’d have him as the more likely to progress. It’s a pleasure to see us string a few passes together and the two of them are at the heart of it.

Good win. No injuries, gave 15 mins to the academy.

Meyer and Jairo looked good. Although Meyer seemed to have tired. Schlupp can't play inside mid, his passing is too poor.

And discounts when we concede? Otherwise we'll have Pardew back like a shot!
