We don't practice, the delivery is poor, no variety, any one is bad enough. For a team that really struggles to score, it makes no sense that we don't value a dead ball situation 10 yards or so from the opponents penalty box,

Can't wait to see someone other than Luka take them. He would have been removed long ago if he wasn't captain. Given far too much importance and now he demands to take all of our set-pieces, wasting every single one of them, along with all his long passes that he tries, thinking he's bloody Gerrard, when in reality they all go astray.

I suppose there are always two factors at play when it comes to corner kicks a) the quality of the cross b) the ability of your players to meet the cross (usually with their head). At the moment, even if the cross is well placed with a good trajectory, very rarely does it seem that a Palace player gets to it first.

I believe that 4% (one in twenty -five) of corners results In a goal, clearly we are under quota.

We used to try some short ones but we were really bad at them too. Unsurprisingly, we seemed to score loads more with Pulis, Pardew and Allardyce. I thought we looked dangerous from corners against Liverpool this season. That's about it.
