Two down (Mutch, Williams) three or four to go (Puncheon, Sorloth and possibly Ayew, possibly Souare), plus a couple of the youngsters on loan and that should clear a bit of salary off the books.

I doubt Ayew will be going anywhere now he’s got the monkey off his back of not scoring. We might as well keep hold of him till his loan runs out. At least he puts himself about as well and he showed how much it meant to him scoring at wolves.

It probably didn't help that Mutch got slagged off every week even when he wasn't that bad but no one fancies him with a fee around his neck so releasing him makes sense.

When you see the amount we have wasted on inferior players, you do have some sympathy for Parish's Scrooge like attitude. Some of the crap he has been recommended by various scouts and managers have been a joke.

Don't talk rubbish. There will be plenty of Championship and League 1 clubs who would be pleased to have him

Are you joking? How many of them wanted him on loan (for free) when he was with us? He's finished.

I guess time will tell. Although I don’t know why we should care one way or the other.

I just hope he has made enough out of the last few years to set him up. This is someone’s career we are talking about, the bloke came to us with the best of intentions and I hope that it all turns out OK for him in the future.

Indeed, Cincinnati was it? And Maidstone probably think he’s a world beater

A bit like Chungy, things didn't work out for him at Palace but he may do brilliantly elsewhere.

Barry Bannan seems to be a fans' favourite at Sheff Wed

True mate but to be fair to him Bannan was decent whilst with us.

He played well when he came on as sub away to Liverpool a few years ago....thats all I can remember about his appearances.
What is suprising is that he was still employed by us. I thought he left yonks ago!
It sounds like we paid up his contract. he must have done quite well out of it.
