Some of those tracks were simply ahead of their time - trance music in 1982 before trance had been invented - and sound as fresh as a daisy 36 years later. Hunter and the Hunted is my favourite track ever out of everything ever produced by any musician in the history of music and the dreamtime remix of that on youtube is just amazing.
