I've been making a lot of apple and Raspberry pies lately. Not sure if I prefer Kelly's clotted cream ice cream with it or cream. Gorn right off custard.

Jeez I've not had custard in years. There's an Irish Bar on 34th St which has a little pantry where you can pick up gravy granules & ribena that sort of thing. I may pick up a jar of custard powder...

I like two big hemispheres of pink blancmange side by side each with half a cherry on top. I injest this delicacy only by licking, pausing occasionally to move the plate back and forth to make the blancmanges wobble.
