barrocca, the fizzy tablet you put in water.
results in bright orange piss, almost luminous.

Black Dragon Cider produces a gold coloured wee and is very heady stuff so don't inhale.

That comes from anything that has too many B vitamins for the body to process. For some reason Berroca seem quite proud that they put 1000% of your GDA of some vitamins in their drink.

Recently watched a documentary on the subject (I appreciate I have totally digressed now) and they interviewed a doctor who said something like "the only thing expensive vitamin supplements give you is expensive urine". Basically suggested most people don't really need the supplements, but if you do take them then you don't need any that boast more than 100% of any vitamin and therefore the 30p basic ones from supermarkets are just as good as the £10 fancy onces.

Sorry for such a dull reply!

It went well.

Extraordinarily though, to my astonishment, my er... deposit had a very distinctive 'hospital food' aroma to it.

Me too, and same thing here. Were you in for hemorrhoid surgery as well? I spoke with the doctor about that, and it's totally normal. It's from the stiches in your rectum. It'll stop eventually as the wounds heal.

Agree, always thought they were just a placebo really.
Does make a nice fizzy drink for mid morning though and the tangerine pish is good.
