We have managed to get twelve posts in without being reminded about white pedophile rings and someone calling somebody else a racist. What has gone wrong with the internet? This is the downside of multi culture. Let's not forget that there is a price to pay for ideological perfection and cheap labour. When you invite in the worthy, the scum are usually following close behind.

Sadly, that attitude is quite common in the world. Now it is coming here. The liberals must have a real headache.

Explain why the EU judges have overruled deportations then? If we divorce ourselves from the EU federal state we are then free to amend any Act that prevents us deporting Rapists, Murderers etc.... even Laws "Enshrined" like the Human Rights Act. As I said........ VOTE LEAVE. Actually, it wouldn't make a difference, the European Court has served as the UKs highest court of appeal since just after the second world war, and pre-dates the EU. Its a right, as such its universal to all citizens, including the families of the convicted, who aren't guilty of crimes. As such, there is a questionable issue of ethics in further punishing the relatives of a criminal for their crimes. Notably if they're UK citizens (if they're not, then the issue of deportation isn't really an issue). Its not actually their rights to a family, but their families rights that are protected.

You are right of course. Do you think that leaving the EU might lead to a later move to unshackle ourselves from the European Court? Our inability to punish or deport, where appropriate, criminals as we please seems to be a source of frustration for many.

I think that would undermine Justice, in favour of retribution and political exploitation of crime for popularity. The idea of having a system of rights and an independent arbitrator over matters of state and citizens rights, is better served by the European court. The idea of a nation, just being able to punish or deport, as they see fit, irrespective of their own laws, is a dangerous concept for any society. I think the frustration is valid, but that the presentation in media of why 'the state cannot just do as it sees fit' is poorly placed. A government that is not bound by law, other than its own, is a dangerous prospect, not just for criminals, but for anyone in future who's behaviour it determines as criminal.

Explain to me why it is a dangerous concept for us to want to deport rapists/murderers? Compare and contrast with eg Iran/Saudi where it is legal to chop off thieves hands, throw gay people off a cliff, behead blasphemers etc? I'm confused.........

I think the problem is that any change in the way law is judged applies to everyone. A government in the future could use it's absolute power through the judiciary for reasons other than justice.
