I have Crohn's and believe me, being out and about & suddenly without warning needing the loo when there are none in sight is not a predicament many people would enjoy! I haven't made it on some occasions & that is very embarrassing! Other times you end up running into some of the worst toilets you can imagine, having to hover over something that resembles a broken chimney pot with "water" all around your feet (enough about the Selhurst toilets though!) 😂
