The Guest House party list which he is included on from back in the 80's could be made up I suppose but as many names on it have since been 'outed' as pederasts/paedophiles or just simply gay then whoever wrote it was very lucky indeed with their guesses.

I don't think anyone is actually above suspicion, given what has come out, but I agree that to so degree there is a focus on this in the media that is unfair on those who have been accused, but the police need to build cases, find witnesses etc.

Definitely the kind of thing you'd follow up on maybe, rather than just forget about for 20 odd years. Arrest innocent people and there's uproar too. Just because there's not enough evidence to secure a conviction and thus charges aren't brought doesn't mean someone didn't do what they have been accused of.
