Looks like a nonce to me - I have absolutely no idea who this guy is. But he did seem to be involved with Michael Jackson, so he is either a nonce, a fiddle-enabler or a victim.

A bit late but I did work with a scouser who snogged Malandra Burrowa bit of a looker in the early 90s who played Kathy Merrick in emmerdale farm who then went out with David Gest
