Yes there are c*nts amongst them and there are obviously huge cultural differences between western Europe and north Africa/the Middle East but, and listen carefully now Daniel, I said not all refugees are rampant sex pests. The vast majority have genuinely been forced to leave their homes due to civil unrest and are looking for a safe and secure country with decent prospects to settle down in. I'm no advocate of open door immigration but simply closing borders completely because you inherently think refugees are A Bad and Evil Thing is a cowardly and inhumane approach to the whole problem (of which the west are not completely blameless for it occuring.)

The police, in the article seem to think that those involved were in fact not newly arrived refugees and some seem to be people they've known for a long time.

One rape and 80 odd sexual assaults on New Years Eve across the country might sound terrible, and it is as well as being very concerning that it might have been somewhat organised, but how does that compare to rapes and sexual assaults on New Years Eve in general? (I personally don't know, but I suspect New Years eve and Christmas eve see a spike in such offences).

Danny, explain to me again the religious connection with these sexual assaults please. Or could it just be that you have a load of itinerant under-employed economic migrants with too much time on their hands and very few women amongst them?

As far as I know, sexual harassment is no more acceptable in Syria than it is in Germany, so I can see no support for the notion that Germany's policy on refugees has brought this upon it.
