Either he is a liability for signing something he didn't read or he's a liability because he believes it, secretly or otherwise.

This along with Red Ken yesterday. Labour not doing a very good job of convincing people they can defend the country.

I don't really have a problem with his views, their his views, what I don't like is the trying to worm out of them. Its fine to support disarming the police or devolving MI-5 - its a democracy and all views should be freely expressed and discussed, without resorting to rhetorical nonsense.

However, a politician who either supports something without knowing what it is, or doesn't stand by his views - even if its to admit that they did hold those views but in the light of Paris, they have reconsidered their view, is a c**t.

The hate for Corbyn and his ilk is interesting, I don't think I've seen that much spite against a leader since Thatcher.

I don't know that it's spite, so much as a sudden realisation that these people are in no way fit to govern.

Alternative viewpoints are great for democracy, but put those same mavericks in a position of power and they are very soon exposed as "all ideals, no idea".

I don't really think any one person is in any way fit to govern.

That's pretty much what a number of people thought about Thatcher. The MI-5 issue has some support in Left Wing circles due to the use of MI-5 in infiltration and subversion of non-violent political movements during the 70s and 80s, including, but limited to Militant, Trade Unions, CND, the Socialist Workers Party and the Miners Union.

MI-5 isn't exactly a 'supporter of democratic process and fairness' in the experience of a lot of people on the left.

As for Armed police, its a curious one, because so very few police are actually armed or involved in armed response anyhow, let alone actually shooting people.

Interesting infographic from an ipsos/mori poll.
Seems Corbyn isn't so unfavourable compared to other party leaders - not that any of them shine themselves in glory!

If you don't find the fact that Corbyn comes out better than the others in the survey uninteresting, then don't post. Who are you the facking forum police?

There are no facts from s***ty little polls that you find to suit your agenda.

You're nothing more than a propaganda machine.

Had the result been unfavorurable to Corbyn, no doubt your opinion would be different.

No one else is sad enough to post things like that and as it wouldn't suit your agenda, it would never have been seen by me or anyone else on here.

A month on month poll of approx 1000 people is totally pointless. And the swing is irrelevant unless it's the same people you polled last time.

That you put a poll on the leaders in a thread about a shadow chancellor says it all.

Possible fallout from Cameron sticking his dick in a pigs mouth?
