Can't wait! Looking forward to many a 230am/4am/7am wake up sessions over the next month or so! Think George needs to start, with Youngs adding impact at the 65 min mark. SWING LOW.

I'm going to the Samoa v USA game at the Andrex. It was six times oversubscribed, presumably because these two are Brighton fans "second teams". Will be fascinated to see if everyone gets up and leaves on 80 minutes without realising they've stayed for the whole match, or if they stay true to type and leave on 70. I'll report back.
Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry. |

Got tickets to 2 matches, including South Africa Vs Japan at the Amex. Should be a decent Saturday afternoon out with the lads. Few all day drinking sessions on the Saturdays for the England games also.

Are tickets to most games still available? How much did they set you back?

No, most games are now sold old (apart from the smaller nations in the smaller grounds), or only have the higher category tickets available. I got Cat D tickets (lowest category available) and they only cost £20 a piece. Quite the bargain tbh.

Actually....just had a quick look and there's some cheap matches available at the Olympic Stadium again too.

Bitten the bullet.. . taking the missus to NZ v Argentina at Wembley. Just thought if you're going to do it, you might as well go for it. It's got to be the all blacks (Haka n all that) - the RWC in England/Wales only comes around every 20 odd years. Posh restaurant in town somewhere first for lunch .. . feck me I'm skint... Ho hum.

Yeah I just bought some more tickets after looking just now. Got Ireland vs Romania at Wembley Stadium (as the GF is Irish) for £50 a pop. Like you say, may as well make the most of it while its in town.

Applied for every England game in the ballot along with a couple of mates and we got f*** all, depsite putting in for 12 tickets per match. Then the cheeky b******s keep emailing me to say "last chance for tickets!". I'm not interested in Tonga/Romania etc, thanks. Way too many corporate tickets as per usual.

I'd be amazed if Rhys Webb makes it for the finals as well. It really is a series of big blows for Wales and for the players. What I've been hearing on the news is that Liam Williams will be having a full training session this week and the fall back position will possibly be James Hook or Gareth Anscombe. Mike Phillips looks the person that will be brought in to make the third scrum half.

Think I read somewhere that Anscombe is currently injured himself for a couple of weeks. But should be fit for some point of the finals.
