Yep, it was noted. He clearly still has a soft spot for his old club.

Another old boy as our manager? Might just work.

Really, last seen managing an obscure Chinese team into relegation before being sacked.
Parish has a soft spot for old boys, but there's a limit.

For a team with a manager who is apparently an expert in a defensive set up we have taken some real hidings this season. Six defeats have cost us a goal difference of minus 24. Apart from that everything is hunky dory

Our reliance on numbers and shape in defence, over youth and agility, makes us vulnerable to good teams with movement and pace in the final third. No surprise that we get some beatings by the top sides

How very selective of you. Grow up. Look at our points total.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

We actually played ok today. We were punished for a couple of really stupid lapses, and had no luck to speak of. Best case, we could have nicked a draw.

The problem isn't with today's result, it will be with what we get out of the WBA match. We always seem to look halfway decent against the top clubs, and to look like abject sh-t against the worst clubs. BHA and Fulham dominated us much worse than Spurs or MU did.

Our goal differential is horrible, and it's a better indication of our play than our points total is.

BFS will have WBA going all out to get three points off of us, and I have to say that I see it more likely that WBA will get 3 points than we will.

On the bright side, Wilf is back and healthy. Maybe he can work some magic to get 1 or 3 points against WBA.

Unfortunately, we only have one way of playing and are easily undone by pace and one touch football. No disgrace losing to a very skilful Spurs team but we'd better pull our socks up for WBA.

Headline today "Roy Hodgson reveals what Harry Kane told him after the game"

I can imagine it was probably "I don't take F*cking corners at Spurs".

We played quite well and set up with some attacking intent although it was difficult to see in the first 20 mins or so.
When we went at them we caused problems but we made too many sill errors at the same time.
We should have done way better with three of the four goals and I thought that Ward had one of his worst games ever and contributed to three goals.
However - they are way better than us and when you have Kane, Bale and Son playing you are likely to concede and we did.
Even I can't blame Roy!
