Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

If you come to a fork in the road, take it. |

You hit it on the head. What a load of trollop in the vegan sect. I read this and thought what a load of cr@p: [Link] I will stick to my bacon sandwiches and nice big T bone steaks etc. I thought T-Bone steaks were 'unavailable' in the UK as they contain spinal tissue. Haven't seen those in an age. By all accounts vegetarianism and veganism is better for most people, but the taste of meat just is too good. That's said, I've eaten a lot of vegetarian meals, and they're pretty good too. But like you say, the Bacon Sandwich, the Steak, a proper burger (not that McD s**t) is just something far superior in taste. Of course, that's what'll probably kill me, but f**k it, I smoke, eating meat is the least of my health risks.

Yes because it's insane to eat NGM, natural foods that a sentient being wasn't slaughtered for. It's in sane to care about our welfare, the welfare of other living things and our planet in general.

Here's the thing. We all know the food industry can be misleading (horsemeat in foods being one example) so when you are buying something packaged as vegan how do you know it actually is.

I think it's a fair enough question, however i think the scandal that would cause on a global scale would put people off running that risk. Where as Horse meat is eaten in some countries, veganism is a fast growing diet. can you imagine the backlash if that happened. With the addition that the majority of vegan and vegetarian companies are purely that and why would they risk losing their entire consumer base? It's also a major health and saftey risk especially if you are talking something like dairy products, it wouldn't be worth the law suit

It's the amount and type of meat that is a potential problem. We are designed to eat meat like it or not.

For awhile they were banned along with all on the bone cuts like ox tail. They have reappeared "post-mad cow".

Even though it has been scientifically proven that a vegan diet (Properly researched) are a safe, healthy and viable option for all age groups as all nutrients can be found in alternative options to meat. Humans are also perfectly capable of living without meat
