About time we turned West Ham over as we have had little success away to them, even though we have given them a game in the past.

I think we have also had some very dubious decisions go against us in the past, so this win is very sweet indeed. Lots of great interpretations of how VAR and how we cheated our way to victory on the West Ham discussion board “ KUMB”

Well done the players for putting in a gritty performance, especially Gary Cahill for leading the way in playing the ball out of defence. He is a class act....

He'd barely been on the pitch for two minutes (possibly fewer). Is that what they mean by an impact sub?

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Was there any mention or uproar about this?

lol, have you read the whole piece?

"In 2011 a then 8-year-old Zaha was dismissed for spitting at Patrick van Aanholt, but the red card has been rescinded after a review of video evidence. "

So Wilf would be 16 now!? (I figure he means 18...) and the card was rescinded due to evidence.

Seems like the single spammer that has been posting this on various sites is in his own little fantasy world.

Absolutely. Like many it seems I was sceptical of the Cahill signing but he’s been superb. Calm, a leader builds play from the back always looking to play to feet. It can be seen as pragmatic but yesterday was the most of I have seen us restart from the back when there’s no clear way forward. It’s clearly a tactic, it can look frustrating when we are urging them to go forward but it worked yesterday. We also owe another debt of gratitude to Vincente, would have been a lot different without him. If we just had that cold blooded assassin up top with Ayew we’d be a very good side.

A wonderful and most unexpected win from my perspective.
Showed real character after going behind.
I expected more of W.Ham.

Reading there comments on the game and their hatred of Zaha and Ayew was almost as good as the game

Hopefully we can provide some shocks against Liverpool etc. in the next few weeks.

The squad is good enough, injuries no longer reducing our prospects.
