So after reading through the reams of shyte from certain useful idiots on here it's quite obvious that we should be calling Taylor Wimpey to build a huge bridge across the channel, down with the wire fences, to hell with border controls, let's let everyone in and to hell with the consecquences.
I don't like to call people out on here but Kermit definitely said we should let everyone in because we can put them in army barracks. He was possibly drunk. Everyone else seems reluctant to single out any type of migrant who they wouldn't welcome. Presumably they wouldn't deny entry to benefit/health tourists for example because they don't exist or don't take that much anyway, or take less than other migrants contribute. Again that argument is irrelevent and ultimately amounts to accepting everyone. So how about you tell me who you wouldn't take in?

Just been looking at the latest figures and it seems its "full steam ahead" for Boy Blairs idea of immigration.....AND open door routine.....
Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky. |

They're fining lorry drivers now. What with fining the homeless too, they certainly know how to address root causes.

The website implies there is a 'problem' with migration and therefore must be racist propaganda. Probably registered to a Mr N Farage.

It's time for this nonsense to stop. This government, just like it's predecessor has proved weak and ineffective in dealing with this problem and as a result it has now spiralled out of control. Our truckers are routinely threatened by gangs of feral asylum seekers, riots take place on a regular basis. You can hardly blame the French for being p*ssed off with us for causing this mayhem due to our lax rules and generous benefits system. Why doesn't somebody take ownership of this problem rather than let it fester on like it is. The French could do something about it for starters, but they are about as helpful as the French usually are.

There is an issue with immigration though I believe that largely it is quality rather than quantity. There is another issue that asylum seekers aren't allowed to work. There are some very well qualified people including doctors who surely should be allowed to do something? Economic migrants (illegal) shouldn't be allowed to stay or even given the opportunity to claim asylum. If you are really desperate and need sanctuary you would have stopped at the first country that offered this. Too many want to join up with members of their family and have no other underlying reason. These should be refused and shipped back. Whether we like it or not, we have some responsibility for what's happened in the middle east and need to act like it. That does not however mean we take anyone and everyone in.

Because there is a legal route that thousands of people have to follow in order to be allowed to work here and which they have to pay for. Why would anyone comply with it if all they had to do was claim asylum. It would make immigration control optional.

Can you provide a synopsis of our lax rules and ludicrously high benefits for immigrants? With evidence? Thought not. People's perceptions are based on rag tops and false conjecture. Yes there is undeniably a problem, but some exacerbate how bad it is.

The whole thing needs looking at, there must be a way that we can make quicker decisions.
