Often in the same issue. Tabloids aren't news papers, they're propaganda rags, that fabricate consent rather than engage in journalism. Whilst some of the better newspapers do touch on opinion, there is a dedication there in towards proper journalism as well, which is missing from rags like the Sun, Mail or Mirror.

Telegraph, Times, Guardian, Independent whilst having a bias, also have a degree of regard to actually reporting the news and journalism.

Of course the truth is that migrants can be both very hard workers, and scroungers, because they're individuals, no collective hive minds. Just like any particually citizen can be both workshy and hardworking...

Tabloids utilise this duality by creating a conception that there is such a thing as 'migrants that's divisible from citizens, and associating traits that articulate the 'propaganda' above the reality, by correlating unrelated concepts to migrants and citizens (and using negative linguistics to engineer consent to an agenda).

Hence citizens are hard working, migrants are stealing jobs. Citizens are laid off, migrants are stealing our benefits and so on.

Interesting side note, it seems likely that cats were migrants to the UK. Especially ginger cats, who seem to have come over with the Vikings. Romans probably also brought cats with them as well.

Total side track, but the common housecats are not a domesticated breed (in the same way most dogs are) and bear little difference from their middle eastern ancestors (and it seems that unlike dogs, who were bred into roles in society, cats just moved in because we produced lots of rodents).

Islam is also very big on cats, surprisingly so... Anyway total side points aside. Bloody Migrants coming over hear stealing our rodents, and s**ting on our lawns.
