Yes, I agree. It would be a shame to see PV adopting the Hodgson tactic of placing square pegs in round holes.

Of course the football, energy and attacking intent are the best we seen in years but it will all count for nothing if we are in a relegation scrap come the end of the season. Unfortunately we do not look capable of keeping clean sheets. Particularly from set pieces we look weak. This needs to be addressed as we’ve conceded at least half dozen goals from set pieces this season. Can we please bin off Luka. With a fully fit squad and 50 million pounds of new players, if Roy was still the manager we would be in the relegation zone.
It doesn't matter what substitutes PV uses as long as he uses them and we can all complain about what Roy used to do.
One win in 10 games this season shows just how brilliant we are playing.

So, I apologise for that, but please can we just move on from Roy Hodgson and concentrate on what we have now.

I am really worried that we cannot win when playing well. What will happen when performances slip a bit and when we get a few injuries. I'm a Palace fan and I remain worried about our chances this year.
