I read (I think on here) that someone said that we are the parasites of the premier league. We take all the money and offer nothing in entertainment.

That's probably a bit strong but the sentiment is definitely right we've been in a steady decline for a while now and it's possible that it will come to ahead in the next few weeks if we get relegated eze will be off to villa or everton

Pundits have never mentioned us as relegation candidates based on the points we have accrued relative to those in the bottom three.
We now have a situation whereby after next Saturday's game home to Fulham they could be just 4 pts behind us.

I believe that Sheff Utd and WBA will be relegated but I can certainly foresee a situation whereby all the others below us at present could finish higher in the table.
The 'Wheels have come off' and there is no return date for the players who could make a difference including of course Zaha.
We are in deep trouble.

If we can't get 10 points out of possible 42 then we deserve to go down

A further 10 pts will give us 39 pts.
This might not enough this season.
I cannot see us getting another 10 pts.

correct. I predict we will stay up, but we will be the 'sick man of the survivors'.

and so we will need an urgent overhaul of our squad before the next season.

39 will probably enough and as I said if we can't get 10 or even 12 points from remaining games then so be it .

Fulham have 13 fixtures left to play.

Of those they still have to play: Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal, Spurs, Chelsea and Man U. Realistically, how many points will they get from them?

That leaves them needing to get points from: Leeds, Villa, Wolves, Burnley, Southampton and Newcastle, and of course, us.

Go here and predict the results in for yourself.

We have been flying by the seat of our pants, can’t pass a ball (unless it is between defenders and that is hairy), awful to watch, tactically abysmal, lazy and full of apathy.

We deserve to go down.

I feel we will be s*** against Brighton too. Nevertheless there will be those who will seek to sigh with a ‘... never mind...’

It is just not good enough.

The ultras have it 100% correct

The funny part is if we beat BHA and Fulham, we are practically guaranteed to stay up. For a normal team, that would be a possibility. But does anyone think that will get any points out those two games without Wilf? I don't. I'd be shocked if we got 3 points, 2 points would be welcome, and I'd even settle for a loss to BHA and a draw to Fulham.

And if we lose them both, we're only 4 points ahead of Fulham, in the middle of a relegation battle with a lame duck manager incapable of motivating anyone, a squad of disinterested players, the second worst defense in the league, and no one outside of Zaha capable of scoring a goal. And did I mention our players are all old and injured? It's a recipe for disaster.

The next 8 days will be make or break for this season.

Anyone still believing we are safe from relegation, must have missed our two last games. Burnley, worse than us scoring goals away, was two up (could easily have been three) after 10 minutes and vs Leeds we hardly tested their young goalkeeper.
The same attitude at the Amex (and pathetic defending/4-4-2) and we are in for a heavy defeat. Next up - in-form Fulham. Say no more and Wilf still not recovered.
