I wasn’t too disappointed at half time as I thought we had defended throughout the team really well. However the second half was full of errors by players that a season and a half back wouldn’t have made those mistakes. The passing in the first half by us wasn’t great but second half was terrible. And don’t get me started on Townsend :-(

That was a pile of crap. City win 4 nil and don’t even get out of second gear.

I'm deluded? You are the one who wanted to field some of our youth team against a team like Man City FFs. You are the one who wants to destabalise our season by getting rid of the manager who knows more about football than you ever will or any of the posters on here.

We got what we deserved tonight, gave away the ball too much and paid the price...

This was a load of rubbish and that sums up this team, lack investment in players, an ageing team completely outclassed in every aspect. Worried now about the goal difference which may well be important after 38 games!

Roy’s first game with Palace was a 5-0 defeat to Man City so a 4-0 defeat now clearly shows some sign of improvement.

Must be very difficult to have a spirit and togetherness when your losing 3-0 down, you only have Ayew up front, and the managers reaction is to make a like for like sub for a defensive midfielder.

They must hate playing for this club.

I've said it before, the Premiership is a total waste of time for clubs like Palace.

Without the money that the big clubs can splash about, the likes of Palace are simply making up the numbers until the inevitable relegation back to the Championship. Sad, but true. We'll soon be back at Stoke, Coventry, Birmingham, Boro etc etc. Our performance tonight, if you can call it that, was absolutely pathetic and embarrassing.

One other point - with no supporters, why haven't we made a start on replacing our ancient old Main Stand. Now would seem the ideal time to do it and improve the capacity for when we are back in the Championship.

The rose tinted glasses for Guaita need to come off. This season he has been pretty poor and tonight he was pathetic.

3-4 times his passing put us in trouble, he was almost caught in possession and the last two goals were down to him. Pushed the pull into the middle of the box for Stones and should never be beaten on GK side from a free kick.

We were beaten before a ball was kicked with that line up and game plan, however, if you are going to get anything from these games then the GK has to be on form and he simply isn’t.

The only other choice was Benteke and it that case it would be like with 10 men!

I think people need to take a chill pill. Yes we didn’t show any attacking intent or was it that City are a superb team who give you no time or space on the ball. Yet again some world class goals against us.
We have to come to terms with the PL is not a level playing field and we are never going to challenge. Am I disappointed with the performance? Yes but if we continue to stay in PL we are going to have to suck up games like this

Which sums up our ambitions!
