If Zaha is dropped, he won't be in the shop window, and his transfer price will plummet. At least Palace didn't lose 4-0, which i think Liverpool should be investigated (and heavily fined) for. Results may not matter to Palace or Liverpool, but there are still teams fighting to avoid the drop. Imagine how Palace fans would feel if they were struggling at the tail-end of next season and a 'safe' team put on a performance like that against relegation rivals.
